Since I'm attempting to find models and make up artists for my personal project, I am using the site Model Mayhem to help me pull this together.
Today I listed a casting call, which tells people WHO I want, HOW I want them and WHEN. Which is very useful. This also supplies all the information they need.

I would love to create something like this for my shoot.
I have decided to get in touch with the model and the photographer to see how I could go about getting in touch with the designer for this.
A collaboration with a designer as well as a make up artist would show how effectively I can manage my time.
